Whether you're a beginner or fitness enthusiast, our classes cater to all levels, ensuring a challenging yet enjoyable fitness experience. Join us at Plumpton Green Village Hall on Monday nights 8pm-9pm and start your journey towards a healthier, stronger you.
Coaching by Suzy Clapp - England Masters Captain, World Cup Silver medalist and European Champion, with over 15 years of National League experience. Qualified PE teacher with 17 years experience as Director Of Sport in schools.
Year 5 - 8 Camp - Focusing on developing technical skills and game play, in a fun, friendly and nurturing environment.
Year 9 - 13 Camp - Focusing on advanced technical skills and game play.
